Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup salsa
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 2 medium chicken breasts)
- 1/2 bell pepper, any color, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup grated Mexican cheese
- 16 small flour tortillas
