Keto Low Carb Version (Keto, Paleo, Sugar Free)

  1. 1/2 cup almond flour
  2. 2 tbsp coconut flour
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1-2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
  6. 3 large eggs
  7. 1/4 cup milk of choice

Flourless Version (Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Egg-Free)

  • 1 cup rolled oats can sub for quinoa flakes
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice * See notes
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce can sub for pumpkin, banana or sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar can sub for lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sticky sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

For the sticky cinnamon roll glaze

  • 1-2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
