Ingredients
Keto Low Carb Version (Keto, Paleo, Sugar Free)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1-2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
Flourless Version (Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Egg-Free)
- 1 cup rolled oats can sub for quinoa flakes
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice * See notes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce can sub for pumpkin, banana or sweet potato
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar can sub for lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sticky sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
For the sticky cinnamon roll glaze
- 1-2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp milk of choice
