  3. 1/2 an Onion, chopped(I used a vidalia)
  4. 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  5. 2 Tbsp. Paprika
  6. 3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  7. 1 C. Vegetable broth
  8. 1 C. Crushed tomatoes, canned
  9. 1/2 C. Full fat coconut milk
  10. Salt and Pepper to taste
  11. Vegan Spaetzle
  12. 2 C. All purpose flour
  13. 1 1/2 C. Water
  14. 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
  15. 1 tsp. Salt
