BAKED BUFFALO CHICKEN NUGGETS

Baked Buffalo Chicken Nuggets | Skinnytaste...To make low carb just use Parmesan cheese in place of the bread crumbs.

Healthy, baked chicken nuggets with a little kick! I took my Healthy Baked Chicken Nugget recipe and and added a touch of spice!

BAKED BUFFALO CHICKEN NUGGETS:

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  2. 1/2 tsp paprika
  3. 1/2 tsp chili powder (use ground cayenne to make it hotter)
  4. 1/8 tsp black pepper
  5. 6 tbsp whole wheat Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  6. 1/4 cup panko
  7. olive oil spray (I used my Misto)
  8. 2 tbsp Frank’s Hot Sauce (or Tabasco if you want it HOT)
  9. 2 tsp olive oil
  10. 1 lb skinless chicken breast, cut into 40 small bite sized pieces
  11. 4 celery stalks, trimmed to 4 inch strips
  12. optional: 1/2 cup skinny blue cheese dressing (additional points)
