I’m totally a fish person.
Here’s the thing, I thought I could only get fresh fish in the summer.  I was mistaken.

Lemon Garlic Baked Cod:

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb Alaska Cod Fillets
  2. ½ C sour cream
  3. 1 tsp lemon zest
  4. 1 tsp minced garlic
  5. 1 T freshly chopped parsley
  6. ½ tsp salt
  7. ¼ tsp black pepper
  8. Optional: 1 T butter, melted
  9. ¼ C seasoned panko crumbs
