THE BEST BLACK BEAN BURGER:
Ingredients
For the Burger:
- 16 oz can black beans , rinsed and drained
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic , peeled
- 1 egg , beaten
- 2/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and Pepper , to taste
For the Chipotle Mayo Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 chipotle Chilies in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 2 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper
