
I love making desserts in a pan because they are so fast to throw together and there are so many fun variations that I can’t wait to try (like Nutella Brownies with a Pretzel Crust and Cinnamon Roll Blondies!).
FLUFFERNUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
