Healthy 1 Minute Low Carb Brownie:
Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 32-34 grams
- 1 tbsp coconut flour can substitute for gluten free oat flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener Optional- I used a stevia blend
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg white OR whole egg *
- 1/4 cup milk of choice **
- 1 tbsp chocolate chunks of choice Optional
