GARLIC CHEESE FRIES

Garlic Cheese Fries - Perfectly double-fried french fries smothered in a garlic cheese sauce that can be made in 5 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/3-inch thick fries
  • 1 1/2 pints peanut oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar
