CRAZY GOOD QUICK GARLIC NOODLES

It's easy to make your favorite restaurants garlic noodles (or soy sauce pan-fried noodles) at home! It's quick and i've added veggies to make it healthy.
INGREDIENTS:

  1. 3 tablespoons butter + 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 6-8 fresh garlic cloves, minced (we always use 8)
  3. 2 scallions, greens only (thinly sliced)
  4. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  5. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  7. 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  8. 8 ounces noodles (see notes)
  9. fried garlic, for topping
