Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 3 big bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with juice
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined tail-on
- Garnish with fresh feta cheese
