BASE LAYER

- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup (or maple syrup/agave nectar)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil (not melted)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1 scoop plant based protein powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
TOPPING
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup (or maple syrup/agave nectar)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds (or any kind of nut)
