Healthy 4 Ingredient Flourless Protein Brownie Bites


They only need four basic ingredients, so basic you should have them in your pantry/counter top right this minute. If not, well….can we praise some neighborly love? They are super fudgy and depending on which combination of ingredients you use (see notes and tips below), produce the gorgeous crackly tops and a ridiculously fudgy texture. They are also suitable for those following a vegan, gluten free, paleo and dairy free lifestyle!

Healthy 4 Ingredient Flourless Protein Brownie Bites:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed bananas (can sub for sweet potato or pumpkin)
  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter (can sub for peanut butter, cashew butter or a nut butter alternative)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder (see above content for tested recommendations)
