Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, quartered
• up to 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 cup powdered parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Add quartered potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan to a bowl and stir to combine
2. Add olive oil to coat (I used 1/4 cup, but you may use less)
3. Once combined, spread potatoes out in an even layer on a baking sheet
4. Roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
5. Stir and flip the potatoes and roast for additional 15 - 20 minutes, until crispy (be careful not to burn)
6. Yields 4-5 servings as a side
